LATAR BELAKANG:

Salah satu peralatan pemindah barang (transportasi) pada penanganan material (material handling) adalah belt konveyor. Kesederhanaan peralatan, pengoperasian dan kemampuan operasi yang efektif dan efisien di pelbagai medan menjadikannya sebagai salah satu peralatan tertua yang banyak dan terus digunakan dan dikembangkan. Perkembangan teknologi material belt memungkinkan peningkatan kemampuan konveyor dalam membawa beban dengan umur operasional lebih tinggi, sementara teknologi sensor dan kendali membuat pengaturan, pengamanan dan pengaturan conveyor menjadi lebih mudah dan handal. Perkembangan teknologi tersebut tentu saja harus dipahami oleh setiap bagian industri yang terkait, sehingga dengan pemahaman yang selalu mengikuti kemajuan teknologi maka keberlangsungan operasi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dapat terwujud sebagaimana yang dikehendaki.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING:

Pelatihan diharapkan akan dapat memperkaya peserta dengan pemahaman akan:

  2. Kriteria pemilihan dan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dalam merencanakan konveyor
  3. Komponen-komponen konveyor dan implementasinya
  4. Sistem pengaturan dan keselamatan

  1. Pengantar
    • Penerapan dan pentingnya material handling di industry
    • Jenis dankarakter material
    • Pembebanan pada conveyor
    • Kriteria pemilihan conveyor
  2. Konveyor
    • Konfigurasi konveyor dalam aplikasi industri
    • Komponen-komponen konveyor
    • Jenis-jenis belt konveyor, kapasitas, dan penyambungan.
    • Pembebanan, kekakuan, dan kelenturan pada conveyor
    • Jenis, fungsi, dan penerapan Idler
    • Jenis, fungsi, dan penerapan puli.
  3. Sistem loading-unloading
    • Jenis-jenis peralatan pada loading dan unloading (discharge)
  4. Sistem pembersihan konveyor
    • Jenis-jenis peralatan pembersih pada beltkonveyor
  5. Sistem perawatan dan pengaturan
    • Misalignment pada belt
    • Pengaturan (alignment) pada belt.
    • Pengaturan dan peralatan pengatur kecepatan
    • Pemantauan belt.
  6. Keamanan dan Keselamatan
    • Jenis kecelakaan yang sering terjadi
    • Perlindungan dan sistem keselamatan

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.
